Aurelia provides practical, respectful support to help older people remain safe, independent and connected at home.
Personal care and dementia support
Individualised assistance with personal care, daily routines, medication support and flexible in-home respite.
Household and everyday assistance
Practical help with meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, shopping, gardening and everyday life at home.
Community participation and practical support
Social support, accompanied activities, digital assistance, reablement, mobility support and hoarding and squalor support.
About Aurelia
Aurelia draws its name from the Latin word for golden—reflecting the value, dignity and individuality of every person’s later years.
Grounded in extensive community-services experience and dementia-informed practice, Aurelia provides respectful, practical support shaped around each person’s routines, strengths and choices.
Aurelia’s founder brings 20 years of experience in the community services sector, spanning aged care, disability and community housing.
Aurelia’s founder holds NDIS worker screening clearance, a police check and a Working with Children Check. Aurelia maintains business insurance.

Aurelia delivers your agreed local in-home support. Trilogy Care is the registered Support at Home provider and manages your funding and care plan. Clients can choose self-managed or fully coordinated arrangements, with care coordination available through the fully coordinated option. Services are subject to your assessed needs, agreed care plan and budget.
